As property owners ourselves, we understand the importance of protecting your investment. Our goal is to help you improve your asset’s value over time through careful prep work, targeted marketing, diligent maintenance, and excellent tenant retention. We aim to keep your property full, profitable, and worry-free so you can enjoy your personal time uninterrupted.
Property Management Fee: 10% of collected rent with a $100 monthly minimum.
Leasing Fee: Equivalent to the first month’s rent (minimum $650).
Lease Renewals: $150 per 12-month renewal.
In-house maintenance: $60/hour
Emergency maintenance: $100/hour
Subcontractors and supplies: Cost plus 10% markup
Lawn mowing: Starting at $35 per visit

Our triage-approach to maintenance and excellent communication help keep tenants happy and encourage them to renew leases, reducing turnover.
