30ish days. We typically know our availability 30 – 45 days in advance, and the furthest we can set a possession date is 30 days from receiving your application. 

We run a soft credit check, which means it won’t affect your score. While your credit doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you’ve paid your bills on time and consistently keep your finances in order. [Heads up: if you owe a previous landlord, a phone company, or if you owe child support, it’s not going to work out with us right now.]

All of our properties are completely smoke free, inside and outside. That means no smoking of any kind on balconies, in backyards, or out windows! We are not a good fit for smokers.
